I'm your host, Katelyn, and I want to share a little of my heart behind the retreat!
After leaving my teaching job to run a photography business full-time with zero business or marketing education or experience, you can imagine I had a lot to learn. I still do.
But one thing I realized very early on, and the reason I believe I was able to build a successful business, is the importance of connections.
You can’t do anything alone!
We need connections for referrals, connections for growth, connections for marketing, connections for opportunities. And I know a lot of people don’t have that community!
So I dreamed of a place where a small group of people can come together in a beautiful space, away from the every day hustle, and just have the space to dream and create together.
I cannot explain to you how excited I am to see all of that come together at CREATE Retreat!!!

nope! We provide all the food so you don't have to worry about a thing. I am not a chef, but chick-fil-a and chipotle do a great job. ;)
Do i have to buy my own food?
the beautiful oceanfront home in north topsail beach, nc. we love it there because it is so peaceful and the perfect place to escape to feel refreshed and excited about your business again.
Where is it?
yes! The goal is to create connections but also make a huge impact on your business, so everything is very intentional!
Will the discussion groups be structured?
This is so different from your typical conference/workshop. It won't be a lot of sitting down listening to lectures... but I will be giving practical tips and guiding discussions as we all create together!
what topics will you be teaching?
arrival friday, april 11th at 6:00 pm, a welcome party and then two full days of dreaming and growing together, then check-out is at 10:30 on monday april 14th.
