Caleb and Jac are two of those people that just make you happy being around them. They are both so full of joy and easy going. I knew they would be perfect for an adventurous session like this, and when I suggested Pinnacle Rock to Jac of course she agreed! In the first few minutes of a session I usually teach a few core poses so that my couples know exactly what to do as we get further into a session and so they are more comfortable. Usually as I’m teaching these I’ll take a couple shots but I don’t keep them. These two are so photogenic I kept the very first practice shot I took because it was great!!
Pinnacle Rock has gorgeous views, but they are a little hard to get to get to… I am so thankful for this couple’s adventurous spirit and willing to go along with my crazy ideas. Most people safely experience some views from behind a wooden fence on the platform, but these two easily scaled the fence and climbed boulders for the best views. This was the most challenging shoot I have done, because space is limited while shooting on top of boulders; we didn’t have a lot of room to move around and adjust. However, even though it was challenging it was SO much fun and I love how these turned out. This sweet couple will be getting married in May, and I cannot wait to be apart of the celebration as these two start their journey together!
