Bethany and Bob’s celebration was the perfect Hotel Morgan wedding! Bethany and Bob met years ago when Bethany was a new nurse starting in Morgantown and Bob was a “baby doc” or a med student. They had great chemistry but life took them in different directions. Around 7 years later, life brought them back to work in the same department. They were platonic and hung out at work functions but quickly realized the chemistry that was there years before had returned like it knew where it left off. Then on May 20, 2023 they celebrated the start of a beautiful marriage with their closest friends and family for a gorgeous Hotel Morgan wedding!
Even though it was cold for May and drizzling all morning, we still had a beautiful start to the day with plenty of gorgeous options for portraits inside Hotel Morgan in Morgantown, West Virginia. We started the day with some beautiful details paired with some florals from Twig and Vine Floral Studio.
Bethany got ready with the sweetest group of girls! I absolutely loved spending the first part of the day with them. And aren’t they stunning??
Then Bethany had a sweet first look with her dad. These are always one of my favorite moments!!
While I was with the girls, Will hung out with the guys and they were such a fun group!!
Then we picked this stunning chandelier-lined staircase for a romantic first look and it was just the sweetest!!
Brittany Anne Events was incredible to work with, and she and Alex Robba with Twig and Vine Floral studio just made the most beautiful team!
Even though it rained off and on most of the day, it magically stopped when we did portraits before and after!!
This cake by Alex Robba was just incredible! Such an amazing vendor team.
Then they ended the night with cake, cookies, and a huge party with such a fun live band all the way from Charleston, South Carolina!
