When McKenzie first messaged me to tell me about Jason, she said it was funny how most people said 2020 was a terrible year; but for her, it was the BEST year because it was the year that she met Jason. She said that what the enemy means for evil God makes it good! She is the sweetest and so full of positivity and I love that such a hard time brought her the sweetest love.
We have been dying to do their engagement session… and after rescheduling once for bad weather and once for sickness, we were so looking forward to this day. I told her we would do them, rain or shine, and all week the forecast was calling for rain. Even the day of the session, it was sprinkling ALL DAY… until right before it was time for us to meet.
I am so thankful the rain held off and the cloud cover gave us such pretty, soft light. We love these two and are so excited they are a 2021 KWP couple. We are going to have the most fun photographing their October wedding at Annie Lanes Wedding Resort in Ohio!!!
McKenzie wore the cutest colorful boots! I loved them and they were so fun for this ring shot!
