Glade Creek Farm Summer Wedding | Taylor & Jacob
Taylor and Jacob’s Glade Creek Farm summer wedding day was full of all the things I love most—sweet moments with family, meaningful details, and the kind of love that just feels steady and genuine.
We spent the day at Glade Creek Farm, one of my favorite venues, especially in the summertime. There’s just something about the way the hydrangeas bloom there that makes everything feel a little extra magical. And for Taylor, they were more than just pretty flowers—she told me they reminded her of her grandmother, because they used to grow in her yard when Taylor was little.
So of course, we took most of their portraits right there by the hydrangeas. It felt like the most peaceful little pocket of the farm, and watching Taylor light up in that spot looking like a literal Disney princess—with Jacob by her side—was such a sweet part of the day. Those are the moments I want to freeze forever.
A highlight for us is always seeing the venue owners,Rhonda and Gerard. They are so sweet and just really treat their couples like family, which is so important to us.
The whole day felt light and joyful, from the quiet getting ready moments to the way their families celebrated with them. Taylor looked absolutely stunning (such Cinderella vibes!!), and Jacob’s reaction to seeing her for the first time was priceless. And as always, Glade Creek gave us the prettiest golden light for portraits. I’m so thankful we had that little window of sunshine to sneak them away for just a few minutes and let them soak it all in.
Taylor and Jacob, thank you for inviting me into your day. It was an honor to document every part of it, and I hope these photos bring you right back to the love, laughter, and hydrangeas that surrounded you as you became husband and wife.
