I have known Madie and Samuel for years, and I was so excited when Madie asked me to photograph their wedding when they got engaged in December. Of course we chatted about an engagement session right away, and Madie mentioned that she wanted to have their engagement photos in the snow. I eagerly agreed because I love shooting in the snow when everything is so pure and romantic! However, every time we would get some snow, it would melt so quickly that by the time our busy schedules aligned we would miss it!
Finally we had given up and decided to just choose a day. Then by some miracle we got the biggest and most beautiful snow of the season! I am SO glad we waited, because we could not have asked for a prettier day. These two are such naturals in front of the camera and so in love.
I can’t wait for them to start their marriage in August!
Samuel was such a gentleman and carried Madie from one location to another so that she wouldn’t have to trek through snow!!
