Getting a custom suit is such a great decision… Paul’s suit fit perfectly and we loved the design! 
Paul was anxious all afternoon and spent every minute running around making sure things were running smoothly. We were so thankful they chose a first look, because you could see he immediately relaxed when he saw Iris walk toward him. This was the sweetest moment!! 
Just look at that face!!! First looks are so much more intimate and special than waiting until the aisle and we love getting to photograph these moments. 
The emerald beading in Iris’s dress was gorgeous; it was designed by an asian-inspired online boutique and it was flawless. It fit her perfectly and was so unique with the prettiest details! 
Grandview Cottages Wedding | Iris and Paul
This weekend we got to photograph a gorgeous wedding at Grandview Cottages on a chill fall day. Iris and Paul met in D.C. and through traveling adventures together, they found their way to our little corner of the world in West Virginia and fell in love with the beauty here. Together they brought friends from all over, from all different stages of their lives, who travelled many miles and up a mountain to watch them get married with these amazing views. The joy they share together, and the amazing friends who celebrated with them just made it an incredible day. You might not be able to tell in these photos… but it was freezing, and poured rain all morning, and after the rain came a lot of dark and gloomy clouds– but when the sun finally came out, we were ready for it and got to photograph some gorgeous bride and groom portraits showcasing almost heaven West Virginia’s mountain views at their Grandview Cottages wedding.
