Connecting with Wedding Vendors the Right Way
- Utilize Social Media – and actually be social. Seek out vendors (venue owners and planners who you would like to partner with) and start building relationships. Don’t just google “best planner” “best DJ”
- Look for collaboration opportunities – did a new venue in town just open? Offer to visit and provide photos for the venue or put a style shoot together for them. Or maybe a planner is coming to the area, offer to take branding photos. Make sure when you collaborate you serve them really well!
Do you feel like your client experience is lacking because you freeze when it comes to posing? Or maybe you are just looking for a little inspo and a refresher? I am so happy to share my free posing guide with tips that have made our clients so happy and a sample posing flow plus bonus fun poses!! Grab the Guide Here: Free Posing Guide
- A Heart to Serve – both on the wedding day and after. Find ways to serve, bring them water, offer to take some behind the scenes, give the venue some photos you took at the wedding, etc.
CHALLENGE: Remember to tag all the vendors in any instagram stories so they can easily share you and your work! This will also help build trust with them and their audience! (aka more bookings!)
