Where to even begin with a KWP Mastermind recap??
Over the past six months, I have gotten to know 6 incredible business owners. We have laughed together, cried together, and have seen SO much growth- both professional and personal.
We met over zoom for months and we dig deep into each other’s businesses.
Together, they were able to help each other solve problems, raise prices, improve client experience, raise confidence, improve marketing strategies, add other streams of income, and honestly so much more.
As an educator, I only want to offer things that truly provide growth. I want to be a coach that truly feels like a friend you can come to not only for business advice but when you need someone to listen to you personally as well.
These girls were absolutely incredible, and I am so thankful for their hard work, their vulnerability, their determination, their compassion, and willingness to grow and help others.
Because this was round one of the mastermind, they also sat down with me and were honest about what they loved and what we could change to make an even bigger for round 2!!
Round two details:
-WEEKLY group calls including hotseats AND guest educators. These topics are chosen based on the needs of the group for the most impact! We decided weekly instead of bi-weekly for more accountability.
-An in-person retreat of course
-Branding photos (they LOVED these!)
-MORE 1:1 calls. We decided to start and end with a 1:1 call, but to add another halfway through for more follow-up and accountability which I love.
-5 spots
-Starting in September with a January retreat to kick off the new year with new goals!
This group was incredible and I cannot wait to see who comes together for Round 2!
From a round one attendee: “I seriously cannot say enough about Katelyn Workman! I had the great privilege in being a part of her mastermind this semester and what I have learned from her and gained from the community that she has created is almost beyond what words can adequately describe!
Katelyn is truly one of the kindest, sweetest, loveliest people I’ve ever met, her generosity is unmatched by any I’ve ever met. She is a smart business woman, and doesn’t hold anything back when it comes to uplifting, encouraging, and helping people.
Katelyn has created an amazing community for photographers all over the United States…a safe place where people in all different seasons of business can come together and help each other level up. The retreat we just had in SC was the end of our mastermind semester, but just the beginning of lifelong friendships and support!” -Erika
Will we see you there next round of the KWP Mastermind?
xo,
Katelyn Workman
