West Virginia Classic Lakefront Wedding | WVU Wedding | Lewis and Jennifer

As Will and I got ready for Lewis and Jen’s wedding, we loaded up the car with our clear umbrellas, knowing that the forecast said 100% of rain. Scattered showers throughout the day. Knowing that the Mia Bella Originals Design team had worked effortlessly to transform Jen’s family home into a gorgeous venue for the weekend, we knew we would be very limited with options for portraits if it rained, and their was no back-up option for an indoor ceremony. But somehow miraculously, the sun was shining ALL day, and the showers held off until everyone was happily under the tent to celebrate with the reception!!

We started the day off hanging out with the team from Elevated Media to get some beautiful detail photos. We love when florists like Bessie’s send extra loose flowers for these pretty details!!  We are thankful for how tall the videographer was and for his help with this dress shot!! Will and Lewis KILLED it with these groom’s shots!! The sweetest girls and we LOVE Jen’s mom Cindy! Daddy daughter first looks are always special, but the bond these two share made this one extra sweet!  Such a gorgeous bride!!!  A special appearance from the groom’s pup had to be documented!!  So thankful for this sunshine!!! We are so happy for you two!!
