I recently did a post sharing ALL the West Virginia wedding venues, but I felt like our favorite venue, The Greenbrier, deserved its own highlight post!
See the full venue post here: West Virginia Wedding Venues
The Greenbrier is hidden in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, and is absolutely stunning. I visited it for the first time in high school when I got to perform “The Nutcracker” there. I loved staying in the beautifully decorated rooms with Dorothy Draper’s floral designs, getting lunch at Draper’s, dressing up for formal dinners in the main dining hall, swimming in the beautiful pool, ice skating, and taking photos with all the Christmas decor around every corner. The Greenbrier Resort holds such fond memories for me, and is the perfect place for a wedding, weather you are from West Virginia or not! It is always fun to visit and meet people from all over the world visiting this beautiful resort in our tiny little state.
We love The Greenbrier because of its classic elegant beauty, and also because it has SO many options for variety with portraits, both inside and outside! We could spend all day there and still not capture every pretty spot.
You can see more photos from The Greenbrier here:
And see some fun personal photos from a trip we took there recently:
